Just placed order and received confirmation with a few seconds

Valued Customer, your order has been received

Just waiting on gc

edit: took 45 minutes after order placed to receive gc

I paid with Paypal balance and got ordered received. A minute later, got ordered declined message. Tried again while paying with CC, same thing

Same issue for me as well, declined without providing a reason. It might be because I'm using guest checkout with PayPal, and they don't have my details on file.

Order canceled. Didn't say why. Used Google Pay. Trying again with a different email address and PayPal.

I have an existing Kroger account, bought with Paypal, and got the declined email almost immediately.
