I paid with Paypal balance and got ordered received. A minute later, got ordered declined message. Tried again while paying with CC, same thing
"For security reasons, we are unable to provide a reason for why this order was cancelled."

Same issue for me as well, declined without providing a reason. It might be because I'm using guest checkout with PayPal, and they don't have my details on file.
