Cordless/Battery power on this is a major risk. Battery goes dead, you end up with a BRICK (or need to buy an expensive proprietary battery replacement).

I don't see it on the website, so I assume this comes without an upholstery hand hose extension (for lack of a better term). I would always get a machine like this with one—it doubles the use case, allowing you to deep clean couches and beds. Without it, you miss about 50% of the added value.

I agree on the battery—I also wonder, since these machines usually consume so much energy and are used indoors, why choose a battery-powered option? It also makes the machine even heavier.

Unless you have tried this, you are entirely speculating. I have it and it is great. It is in fact lighter than a corded machine. It does an incredible job. Just because it doesn't have an upholstery attachment doesn't make it useless. Who deep cleans their bed ? You are so off the mark, don't listen to this guy.

Sold all of them for a profit.

And Dyson replacement batteries are available plenty and cheap. Good luck finding a replacement battery that's inexpensive for this thing
