I use the Mova at my office where it cleans about 1,500 square feet every night. It vacuums 1100 square feet of carpet then goes to its dock to charge. 2 hours later it mops 400 square feet. I've been very happy with the Mova (especially for the price) and it's allowed our custodian to focus on more difficult tasks like surfaces and under chairs.
I use the Dreame at my home which is mostly wood but also has some carpet and rugs. I upgraded from a Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra. The Dreame with the Tricut brush (I bought this separately) does a very good job on the rugs and carpet when I set it to deep clean. In this mode it does a "cross-hatch" motion where it basically vacuums twice. I have a corgi with long fur; it picks up about 90% of his fur after two passes. My Dyson V8 can still pick up more, but the Dreame is very good.
The mopping performance seems comparable and pretty good for both vacs. However, at my office I have Spanish tile floors with deep grooves in the kitchen. The mop pads do not do a good job of getting into the grooves. Also, the AI obstacle avoidance on both vacs has some issues. In my office, the AI identifies the tile grooves as "cord-like obstacle" and gets stuck. So I turned it off. At my hone, the AI views the dark wood knobs in my pine floors as "poop" so I turned it off.

I bought a tricut brush for mine and its been working great the last month or so. Don't let that be a deal breaker.
How has the overall performance been for you. I am in fix to buy or not based on rtings.com. They say the mop pads don't detach and attach automatically and have to be physically engaged. I needed this function so it might be dealbreaker.
I don't have this model but do have an l20 ultra. the pads engage/disengage perfectly when its running its daily cycle for me. I run vac only some days, and vac and mop after on others.

I own both the Mova P10 Pro Ultra and the Dreame L40 Ultra. I think either vac is a great buy at this price. I first ordered the Dreame after Christmas but it was a dud out of the box, which was fine because I quickly realized that the Mova was basically the same vac except—the Mova can't leave its mop pads at the base station, nor can it use its rotating brush on carpet. Later, Dreame sent me a free L40 replacement—so now I have both!

Thanks, I saw on Reddit where someone used the term "analysis paralysis." I spent hours reading reviews before I just couldn't tell the difference anymore. I think the most important thing is to keep your expectations in check. No robot vac can replace your stick vacuum and mop 100%, but they can reduce their use by easily 85 to 90%.
Also, another good piece of advice I saw on Vacuum Wars…just run your robot vacuum more often particularly for fur. Sure, the Dyson will pick up 99% in a single pass—but it doesn't really cost you much to simply run the Dreame 3 times while you sleep to get similar performance.
You just have to take the plunge and order something, then spend the time to tweak the settings. This isn't an iPhone. It will not be perfect out of the box. But if within 30 days you're not happy, ship it back to Amazon!

Thank you. Very helpful. Made my decision to get the dreame.
