It was on FanFlix not too long ago for this price as well but you had to buy another movie with it.
Really like this movie. Funny, good script, good acting. Highly recommended it for $5.
It used to be unavailable in physical format but looks like you can get it again on Blu-ray.

Very underrated and fun film. Peak neurotic Perry, great Willis, Peet is hot and great plus Michael Clarke Duncan and Kevin Pollack chipping in great moments. It's not a hall of fame comedy, but it's way better than most.

It's been awhile, but I remember 10 yards losing some of the slickness and charm of the first, but it was still ok.
