The large one that's $80 is actually on sale for $38. All's well also, many people don't know these pellets can easily be washed and reused

We use these with pine horse bedding pellets instead of the regular ones that come with this. You have to remove the bottom tray and place it on top of a regular little box lined with a puppy pad.

We changed from crystal litter to this, and it saved so much money. I saw it mentioned on a previous slickdeal they linked a video. I'll try and find it.

Thanks! I just ordered two XL models from Petco try this method. I spend ~$55 a month on litter for three cats, so $6 for a bag of pellets every couple of months will recoup the investment quickly.

There's no poo on the pallets. And the funny thing is it takes about 10 minutes a week and you have clean new pallets lol. Some people are just lazy I guess

How do you clean the pellets that are saturated with urine? I've using Breeze since the beginning. I tried cleaning the pellets a handful of times with little success.

You can't, zeolite is porous. It might prolong it's use a little to topically wash it like this person, but ultimately the pellets have absorbed piss that isn't coming out.

They do now make some knock off zeolite pellets, however I've been doing a 50/50 mix of breeze zeolite pellets and navy beans as another economical option.

Super easy. Get a mesh bag, put the dirty pallets in the mesh bag. Soak them in Dawn and water. Sometimes I added a little vinegar, but just a little soak them for about 20 minutes. Agitate them with your hands in the mesh bag back and forth. Hang on a clothesline to dry the bag. That is once dry. Switch them out for the old litter

That was my experience. I just wait for a sale price and load up. I tried the pine pellet hack, but it was just too messy with my cat.

Simple answer… You don't! Maybe some people think they're getting the pellets clean because they look clean but the pellets are saturated with urine. I can't see how it's possible to actually get them clean throughout, unless you're going to soak the used pellets and allow them to soak for hours. But doing that will most likely destroy the integrity of the pellets and you will still end up with a mess.

Lol. It's really not bad. They're solid masses, many people do it. Think about not ever having to buy litter again
