Snow White: "I don't need no man. Get lost"
Prince Charming: "Don't flatter yourself Snowflake. I'm here for your step mom."
BTW, does anyone know if this Mad Max movie is compatible with MovieAnywhere?

Personally thought this was an OK movie, but it suffers from the same post-pandemic movie making that thinks non-stop OTT action makes up for a decent plot.
I see that Fury Road has it on disc, but only in Blu Ray, not 4k? And it does not come with digital codes?
If one wanted a complete "set" of versions of these films, it feels kind of confusing.
(fwiw I think a B&C version of Furiosa defeats the purpose a bit, where the colors are vividly hyperreal, but I'm curious just the same)
Then there is the fact that this was a prequel. A good prequel needs to be 'self-aware', in the sense they need acknowledge the fact that audiences have already seen the sequel. Prequels are already hamstrung cause they have to contend with the issue of stakes being low (cause main protagonist's outcome is known). But they can work if the story adds sufficient context to future events or add to the world-building. Unfortunately this movie, in my opinion, did nothing of that. If one hasn't seen Fury Road, and sees this movie first; and only then watches Fury Road, they might hold up better. But having seen Fury Road this prequel felt like just an episode in the character's life. Not really worth watching if you are not already a fan of the series.
Shucks.
Is it a bad film? No.
Is it a bad mad max movie? Kinda
Should you watch it if you like postapocalyptic stuff or mad max or movies in general? Yes.

Furiosa should have been a side character just like mad max was a side character on fury road.
Anya-Taylor Joy in a Mad Max movie? Just no....
