Turn on today, shows zero
Chat with support, asked what happened
They can't tell me
They only tell me I have zero left
I said "do you see 2 weeks ago I had 60? What happened?"
They can't see the balance 2 weeks ago, they can't tell me what happened, they can only tell me Zero

i transfer original sim to another phone, and original phone is out of nowhere. i asked them to combine service, but they keep asking original phone's IMEI... thry keep saying failed to combine
