They do have a couple different similar varieties. I don't think the one at Costco has the Kuromayu (black garlic), but a spicy pack you add instead. They're both relatively good, but I prefer the spicy one.
The one at Costco is also on sale right now, through the first week of April. I think is was cheaper than this, but not by a lot.

Even the before-coupon price is cheaper than Costco.
Than the online Costco price, sure. Costco usually has more expensive prices online (than in-store). In-store price is about the same $12, if I remember right. Plus on sale now as well and comes out a little cheaper I think than $9, I think.

Lose weight and you wouldn't have high blood pressure and need to worry about sodium. For healthy individuals it's literally a non-factor.
Yeah, you can be thin and still have high blood pressure, and vice-versa. Though obesity usually leads to high blood pressure, they're not directly linked I believe. Rather usually the same things that make you fat also end up giving you high blood pressure.

If you want Tonkotsu ramen, go for Nissin Raoh Tonkotsu. It tastes very similar to restaurant Tonkotsu.
