I wouldn't call this a splitter but a 3 port switch..
I know, if it was truely a splitter, so it just "Y"d to 2 port, and somehow figured which device to send/receive the data stream, that would be magical. 😀🤔

There are splitters out there (we used them ages ago at work) - you need two of them, and they basically grab pins 1/2/3/6 from two cables and send them up one on 1/2/3/6 and the other on 4/5/7/8, then split them again on the other side. You can then have two devices running on a single cable at 10/100. Can't do gig nor PoE.
That said, there are little PoE powered 3 port switches..
