Large breed is only 18.87 for 60. If you calculate, you could give a 35 lb dog 1/2 of a large breed.

I was about to order these for my 12 year old dog with mobility issues until I started reading some of the negative reviews. Quite a few people mention their dogs having GI issues, seizures, and/or dying almost immediately after starting this product. I know correlation doesn't necessarily equal causation, but the frequency or these reviews concerns me. On top of that, the fact that the manufacturer appears to be reaching out directly to some of the "my dog died" reviewers and offering a full refund is suspicious. On one hand, that could be seen as a nice gesture, but it makes me wonder how many reviews might have been changed or taken down after the manufacturer unsolicitedly intervened.

I remember people reporting the same thing about their dogs dying after giving them scrambled eggs.

Obviously every dog is different, just as every human is different. Some kids live off peanut butter while others die from it.

So for whatever it's worth my doggo has been on these for around two years and she is alive and healthy - other than the joint issues she's had for a very long time. These didn't make those issues go away, but I do feel like they have made life a little easier as she gets older and even if it's a placebo effect they make me feel better about trying to do something for her.

I appreciate your comments. Have you tried Dasuquin (w/MSN) for your ageing doggo and did that make a difference? The main ingredients are basically the same as this supplement.

We used Dasuquin with our dog, it made a noticeable improvement after a week or so and we have been giving one most days for about 2 years now. I would recommend it.
