Picked mine up. They're pretty decent, nicer than expected. Very thin. I wouldn't expect much protection against heat but it'll prevent scratches on furniture. And also intercept small spills. The picture print quality is pretty good considering this is a coaster. I'd call them semi-disposable. They don't appear durable but I can probably get a few uses out of them. If you want permanent coasters there are cheap stacks on Amazon. If you want to give guests a picture of your roommate snoring, this is a good buy.
