This machine is desgned for somebody who is wheelchair/chair bound or debilitated or having difficulty moving their legs, otherwise if you are a normal or active person this does nothing for you.

I've got a treadmill for under my desk but it's annoying to actually switch over and I don't use it consistently.
I have the $20 Aldi one, but yeah, it's more just to move my legs and fidget than actual exercise. Somehow feels more productive than just tapping my foot

Is mechanical any way advantageous than electric. As this one we don't have to put any efforts other than keeping the legs on top of pedals. Unless some resistance built in to it.
