What do you mean? Serious question. I use Dymatize right now, but I've used Muscle Milk Zero. Thought it was good, but maybe the ingredients aren't as good as Dymatize?

Look at the nutrition label. The serving size is 30 grams, however there is only 15 grams of protein in that serving size. This means only 50% of this powder is protein.
