I've made 5 new accounts and all see the "Triple Burger" + "Welcome Offer". Maybe be geo based? Mine is NorCA

Just dummy mail (google temp mail), for phone number just put in some random phone number because they only ask verification code from email

I do not remember the last time Carl's Jr. did a minimum giveaway; however, it would make sense to keep some of those accounts so you could do multiple orders on the next offer.

Super good deal, TU & repped! Got the triple diablo burger (the most expensive of the three options).
Got a cookie for $1 plus tax = $1.10 and it worked.
After the order it logged me out of the new account.
Won't let me make anymore new accounts shake head look around
I used different email and random phone number
