Nonsense. I've ordered from them many times and never had an issue with any of it.

I usually never have a problem with Woot, but when you need a return, it is nowhere as streamlined as Amazon even though they are owned by Amazon.

A bit amusing - if your 100% was even half right then Amazon would lose their shirt on return costs. I get being burned sucks (I know I find their used like new to be junk too high of a percent of the time). For you the pain isn't worth it but most things are fine for many (and I suspect worst ones are fakes that are made at large scale and flood Amazon or are used as replacement returns). Let's look at deals and assume Amazon has issues but it isn't entirely worthless as you claim.

Okay, i've also ordered from woot many many many times (back to way early pre-amazon days) and had no problems. don't by the obviously janky crap and you'll be fine.
Otterbox is a ... uh... "fairly" well-known company.

The last woot SD I participated in turned out to be straight-up fraud. They made right on it, but the best way for a multi billion dollar corporation to conduct itself is by avoiding obvious consumer fraud. Make of that what you will.
Mind if I ask what the item purchased was that turned out to be fraud?

I've had two issues with products and both times when I reported it to Woot they just refunded me and said keep or dispose of the item, so they get high marks from me.

Does anyone know how this compares in quality to Anker chargers? I got the 67w+30w pack from Costco, but if the quality is similar, I'll just return those and get the 72w Otterbox.

First, you'll need to convince others that your "failure rate" is not from ever purchasing a single Woot! product.

I find your responses to have a 100% failure rate, according to my sample size…
