I have the 2022 model 55 inch Toshiba m550 and I can confirm that it is a VA panel. Picture is a beaute! Sound is amazing...I think the 2025 model sound will be adequate but not the same as older version. I cannot say that the quality of the newer 2025 model is any better. Hopefully the 2025 has just as good deeper blacks as the previous 2022 model. The bezel-less design was a plus. 2022 model is great for gaming! It's not gonna get that much better than this at this price point. Basically a wait until Black Friday otherwise I would get this.

Hisense U6N is mini-LED, whereas this Toshiba is QLED. In general mini-LED offers better contrast and picture quality than QLED. Both TV's use VA panel. Hisense is the manufacturer for this Toshiba Tv as well, so I can't comment on reliability though. Fingers crossed and hoping they last atleast for few yrs.

Got the 55 inch and mounted it, great TV. I'm unable to turn off and on the TV using the Alexa voice commands though. If anyone has any tips, please share!
