The fragrance free version is recommended by the eczema foundation. So outside of making your own soap from scratch (and the old fashioned way used to use lye — good luck with that if you have sensitive skin), this is one of the best soap products on the market for "healthy" skin… or maybe your solution is to just not use soap when you shower?
