For 2 miles, i'd go with the scooter. It's much more portable and range won't be a problem. The Lectric bike will get you farther and probably be a little more comfortable if you'd rather sit down.

Pretty solid stats. 20mph scooter with dual suspension for $600 by the premium company. Excited to see prices coming down and eventually can get a really solid scooter for under $500.

I read on Reddit their customer service is a hassle.

I'm ordered through amazon route

10.2 Ah battery. Nice scooter, but you aren't going to get much range.

I compared all of their scooters, and this thing is definitely packing a lot of performance at a relatively low price. Accessories like an external battery to extend range and front basket attachment enhance appeal. However, still debating between the F3 and the discounted G2 Max. The F3 has a new and improved screen and upgradability, but the G2 Max has regenerative braking (significantly can extend range), and slightly bigger battery and motor. This will be a tough decision. Anybody have anything to add?

Will you be able to store the scooter or bike indoors at work? You can look for a much cheaper bike if it's only 2 miles.
Yes I have the option. Definitely cheaper bikes out there, but I prefer the portability of the lighter scooters and e-bikes with a Well-Known name.

Personally I would go for the lectric. You can potentially switch out the tires for 16" motorcycle tires to help prevent flats, though you might have clearance issues with the fenders.
Scooters like this one are cool, but you're more likely to dump it if you hit a curb, and because you're standing, you're more likely to be hurt a lot more.

Aren't scooters in Europe speed limited by default?

I had a segway ninebot and it died so fast. Barely 30 miles on it.
After that, I would never buy another Segway scooter ever. the Xaiomi Mi scooter is superior quality
Electronics, especially mechanical electronics have a pretty high acceptable failure rate of like 4 to 14% in the first year. Just because you happened to be one of the lucky ones that got a bad unit doesn't mean the company is shit and everything they make is shit. If you do some research, they actually are pretty reliable and Segway makes a quality product.

I ended up pre-ordering a F3 today for essentially $449. I got an email from Capital One shopping app that I was looking at the F3 and I could get back 20% in rewards up to $250 . You just have to wait the 30 to 90 days until the return period is up and that's $120 and I saw you can get Home Depot gift cards with it so I look at it like I got the scooter using welcome30 and got $30 off so $569. Plus $120 Home Depot shopping spree and I always love buying tools. Win, win, for sure.

Personally had no issues with their support but it was back around 2021. Ordered a G30LP and it just died one day within the first month - no matter what it wouldn't turn on. Didn't have an original box and they don't ship you a replacement till they receive your unit sot hey sent me an empty box/packaging which I put mine in and sent it to them and they shipped another unit that I've had ever since.

Tempted this or the XP lite 2.0 lectric bike (800$). It would definitely be an upgrade from my hiboy S2. I live in Portland even though we have great transportation options these days they're always late buses/max canceled or something's going on. Just need to go 2 miles to work
I have the s2 ya it's a basic ride. In Portland as well I got the hiboy X300 when it first came out now that's a good ride. I just use it really to get to and from work about 3 miles a day and have over 300 miles on it now. The 12" tires make a huge difference.
