I placed these on a 12 inch round mesh pan. I use the two step sequence feature to air fry 460 for five minutes, then have it switched to air fryer off at 425 for 15-20 min. The air frying part pulls a lot of the heat off really quick so the center is still moister. Then crisp up at 425.
Most crustsget worse if overcooked. These cauliflower crusts are more resilient to being overcooked and taste better a level overcooked imo. It's important to cook it with a method that gets a lot of the moisture out. Conversely if you heat them anemically the crusts taste lifeless.
Cauliflower crust can be extremely low-calorie. But these are nt low-calorie because they have so many carbs everywhere else. Cauliflower crusts are much easier on my stomach I find. The real problem with mass produced flour is it's ground up with pesticidesiritating the stomach. The surface area is rather high so the pesticide level is high. It's not because people are allergic to flour.

I found the digital coupon for the Mush Protein Bar in the app, but only could find a product called Mosh in the store.
The Milton's Gluten Free Crackers in my store were only in boxes, not the bagged ones that are shown in the app.
So, only got the free pizza. I've had it before. Got it free last time and I liked it. Got the pepperoni one.
