Hot rolled steel is less durable than cold rolled. Grease trap system unnecessarily complex and I see reports of it gunking up and catching on fire. Blackstone still looks like the better bet.

The lid design is better than Blackstone I think. Less likely to fall over. No clue about the rest of it though.
