I'm thinking about the 130W Eco-Worthy flex panels on sale for much lower than this. but reviews on any flex panel aren't spectacular. it's more of a niche use case, especially in my situation. I'm thinking of buying 4x 130W panels to put as an arched roof on a porch/patio swing. Normal panels would be far too heavy.

I hear they get brittle over time. If your placing it and leaving it i be it should be fine, but if you expect to constantly move it around that could be an issue.

Most use cases I've seen it seems like the non flexible are more used just because they're mainly put up in one spot I assume? But looking for use cases on the flexible ones and if there's a huge difference in regards to power output

i own several flexible panels with different backing materials. They work fine and are more portable - HOWEVER, if i had it to do again, i would put the money into a quality rigid panel. Mostly because the flexible panels begin to delaminate after a year or so and cables do not seem to be as durable. For this price you can get an Eco-Worthy 195w bifacial rigid panel on ebay (i own several and they are great). hope this helps.

I believe the use case for these panels is that you mount them to a non-flat surface like the top of a teardrop camper. BougeRV is fairly popular in the teardrop world, and I've seen similar panels on lots of teardrops on YT.

For comparison, you can get regular bifacial 350-550w panels for $0.20/watt
