I once bought a set of these that looked exactly like this. ALL of them split in half relatively quickly. Would not recommend.

Most cutting boards made from wood are multiple pieces glued together. That doesn't mean they're not solid wood though. I guess you can get philosophical about whether bamboo is wood or not, though.

We use this a lot for cutting veggies . We avoid using anything other than bamboo to be safe from micro plastics. Right wrong ? No idea.

Take some of the bad Amazon reviews with a grain of salt. Some of the geniuses leaving reviews complain of problems after putting these wood cutting boards through the dishwasher (which one should never do). There are some negative reviewers that didn't, but at least of few used the dishwasher.
