These are grade 8 bolts. Just price good grade 8 bolts anywhere you go. Right now Home Depot is selling just ONE of the 3/8" x 1 1/2" bolts (there's 4 in this kit, plus 128 other grade 8 bolts, nuts & washers) for $3.75 EACH BOLT.
Go to any hardware store or any outlet and see you'll be lucky to find any kit matching this quantity and size of grade 8 hardware for anything less than $30. I'm actually surprised the retail price is that low, for the quantity they are providing.
