Vissani is Home Depot's house brand (see the Energy Star label). The Temperature Control Panel looks very similar to the Insignia and Midea bottom freezer refrigerators so I'm not surprised if they're all made by Midea.

I've had good luck with Midea appliance too: an Insignia washing machine, a Magic Chef (which is also a Home Depot brand) 6-quart pressure cooker that is a 100% clone of the Instant Pot, as Midea is the actual manufacturer of Instant Pot, etc.

I bought one of these heavily discounted in 2022 for $298. It's been in my garage running like brand new. No issues at all. Use it for beers, sodas, etc. and the freezer for meats.
