I was handed this AAdvantage Credit card application and promo code on a flight last week. We were told you only need to make a purchase of 1.00 and pay the yearly 99.00 fee to get the 60k Miles, but looks like the site they send you to is now offering 70k miles.

I have no Idea how long the promo code is good for. Most of these deals you have to spend 2 or 3k within 90 days.
