Question for Milwaukee folks: I have several 12v Milwaukee tools and one 18v Milwaukee tool that I really like. I have some batteries, but want more (like a couple more 12v XC 4.0's and another 18v 8.0 AH XC). Any advice on when and where to buy such batteries as a Slickdealer?
What's the difference between a Hackzall and a Sawzall?
The grip is made so that you can operate the tool with one hand versus two hands and the felt weight distribution is as such. The m18 sawzall is a beast but this is probably better for most unless it's really tough work. It's an awesome tool and works great for thick branches and deep roots around the yard. Good deal for an amazing tool.

The way I do it with Ridgid and Milwaukee 12v is with hackable deals or clearance combos and sell what I don't need. Which I'll probably do with Milwaukee 18v since I was forced into it because got into the Hedge trimmer pole deal I really needed.
Like on this deal I'm just tempted to keep only the battery. But have to see how much to sell everything and if it is worth the hassle.

Wifey has been asking me to remove some plants, small trees/bushes with what looks like deep roots. I have no tools as we just bought our house 6 months ago. Would you say this is a good pickup tool? To make the wife happy? Lol!

If you're trimming, yes.
If you're getting rid of bushes, if you have a truck or trailer hitch on your car -- take my word for this -- just get a heavy duty chain and rip them out with the vehicle. It's 4 minutes of work vs 6 hours of swearing.
