Recession coming. Stack em up. 😂
For comparison -
Walmart is about 9c an ounce or 26c a pack for the 24pk online (11c oz/33c pack for 12pk in store).
This is about 8.6c an ounce or about 25c a pack. Good deal, but not my college years good!
I buy these when they get as cheap as I can get it. Not to make them as expected (almost never), but because the noodles are versatile and great for trips - this we all know.
My kids make quick and 'close enough' yakisoba, pad thai, etc with the noodles. Some nights, you just don't want to watch water come to a boil to do it legit.
I save the spice packets and use them for 'close enough' fried rice. I've even taken them camping for a hearty broth soup to sip on if cold (half packet!)
Stock up because that's all you gonna be able to afford to eat!

Pretty much all I can afford after tariffs. Saw a Walmart worker changing price tags +30-40% everything in the home goods section. Thanks Trump!

Not saying these are healthy, but you don't have to add the sodium bomb flavor packet. Use a little healthier flavoring.

or cook as directed, then drain off the broth. Plenty of flavor, far less sodium.

In college I'd make a packet of noodles this way, then stir-fry some veggies, toss noodles in, dinner served.

In before the overweight Captain Obvious' who complain that salty food is salty, whilst they have no issue gulping down pizza, deli meat sandwiches, burritos, french fries, campbell soups, pasta and etc, all of which have high sodium content.

I genuinely feel awful for anyone having to do any serious consideration on whether 25c per meal is a good enough deal to buy.

$0.25/pack is about as good as it gets today. Love these for form the base of a quick but nutritious meal. Throw in some veggies, some Costco rotisserie chicken, and an egg or two, and you've got a hearty complete meal with balanced macros for about $2. Sadly I stocked up when Target had a deal on these at 6 packs for $1, which I only found because it was posted on here, so I'll pass this time.
