hobbyist detailer here. while Chemical Guys does not have the best performing products, this is still an alright price for an RTU product if you just want to clean your own interior. the blue bottle does give a nice scent

Just buy a jug of super clean and dilute it 10:1. There, you have a better, biodegradable cleaner that costs next to nothing. A gallon can be had for about 10 bucks, and you get 10 gallons of cleaner that way. Chemical Guys has a few good products but this aint one of them

Is this safe to clean car interior with super clean? I mean any health related issues after treating inside with it. Does it not damage paint or plastic?

So long as it's diluted, no it won't damage anything. If you're that worried you could mop up with another damp cloth to get any remaining residue, but it's no less hazardous than any interior cleaner or dedicated product.
