Smaller quantities available with the same 15% off for those who don't need 450. The 300 count seemed the cheapest cost per batteries, but other quantity options were competitively price from $0.16-0.22 per battery

these things are such garbage, you're better off buying as many as you can...
fill up them landfills!

I've always had great luck with Amazon basic batteries. As far as I can tell they're the same as, or darn close to Duracell.

I'm not the greenest person out there, but I can't in good conscience buy disposable batteries any more. We have about 50 each AA & AAA and 10 9 volt rechargeable batteries, along with 3 chargers. We shouldn't have to buy batteries ever again. In the long run, they are cheaper than these.

Do they provide a full 1.5 volts, or 1.2 volts? Some devices won't run currently on 1.2.

Also, how long do they last on a charge? Equivalent to alkaline?

The cheap EBL's certainly don't last as long as a quality brand name non-rechargeable, but they do the trick and are now going on 8 years of service, with a recharge every few months (i have 6 temp/humidity monitors). The rechargeable duracell's longer, but they are about 2% bigger than spec, and fit a bit too snug in some stuff, so I know where to use them and where not to. The energizer's are the best for sure. I have some very old ones going back to about 2008ish, that are still working. The majority of them, though, were bought within last 3 years when I decided to go full bore on rechargeable. While I believe they are lower in voltage, not a single one of my electronics cares. Camera, metal detector, remotes, monitors, door sensors, toys, thermometers, radon detector, flash lights, clocks, smoke alarms (9V) etc. I'm sure there is something out there that would not like the lower voltage, but I have not run across it yet. Avoid Chinese batteries look for made in Japan/U.S.
edit forgot to answer other part of your question: no, the quality rechargeable Energizer does not last as long as quality alkaline Energizer. But it isn't annoyingly less.
