Would caution against buying at this price for the purpose of reselling.

$550 +tax > going rate online -seller fees -shipping.

You'd need to sell for $650 to break even, with the buyer having to pay tax on that or around $700.

Your profit if any would need to be made on the buy with the help of a target circle coupon of some sort, red/credit card rewards, or discounted gift cards.

If buying for personal use this is a respectable price. Not the best its ever been but for an unlocked Pro XL with no hoops or credit checks a solid price.

Lowest its been recently for factory unlocked was at best buy. $399 for the 128GB and $449 for the 256GB with activation/cancellation within 72 hours on verizon or at&t to benefit from activation discount without having to pay for service. You have to go the store physically and check. The only way I got lucky was the store would say limited quantity another thing I tried was to call store and ask them, when they run the sku number it shows them the real price. They quoted the 549.50 over the phone. Please give that a try

Mine says in stock near by but then when I pull up the stores, all of them say unavailable.

This will be difficult to profit from reselling. You have to factor those bought from Best Buy last month which should be flooding the reselling market for a while.😂
