Toto DOES OEM for Korey and these can be purchased every day at HD for $27. NOT a great deal. You can buy flush valves for $9 any day of the week.

Probably fits others, but you can get similar models from the same manufacturer (Korky) at Home Depot or wherever for $10-$15 any time. Not sure where they got this supposed $41 retail figure. I like this type and paid $10 recently for one, although there's nothing really wrong with the ubiquitous and cheap Fluidmaster fill valves.

I've used the universal korky fill valve successfully for 5 toto toilets, including an ultramax and drake. There is no need to pay more than $10 for the fill valve.
