I like this for headphone connections at the gym or on the go. The T-shaped connector is more convenient if you are holding the phone or if using a case w/kickstand to watch videos or listen to music.

I have bought (and lost) a few of these for keeping in my travel bag.

I tried 2 of this particular one, and both had issues maintaining a connection with both my iPhone and tablet. I highly recommend either sticking with the Apple USB C dongle, or if you're after a bit more audio quality, something like the Jcally jm6 pro or the Fiio ja11 would be much better choices.

Jsaux made some decent lightning and usb c cables, but this thing is a dud, despite being a sturdy build.

At least get OEM dacs such as Apple, Samsung or Google for good audio

or get a dac with cx31993(4$) minimum to get the relatively same quality
