If you're getting a portable AC unit, inverter is the one you want. This is a creat price as well.

Valid point, I'm just biased. I hear all the time these units heat the room more than cool it (mostly cause they don't vent with two tubes outside.

This one does have 2 tubes, they Re just in one big one.

I had the original duo from Costco, the 4 in 1.

This one ramps up much better, quieter, and it looks like the temperature probe was relocated. My original just died, won't produce cold air. About 3 years old. Costco is taking it back.

I also have the midea u shaped ac for my downstairs, unfortunately my upstairs are unable to accommodate the bracket.

I've used these to cool individual areas so I don't have to use my central ac in the summer.

They printed certified refurbished on the box, this is a rare scenario where it's a true refurb, very close to new

Just a fair warning. These don't appear to have a warranty beyond the 90d return policy. You can get this same unit with a 2y warranty from eBay for ~$28 more:

I bought a 2 from Walmart that I will keep in the box and wait to see if the ones on eBay come back. Dont need them now and would definitely prefer the warranty.

eBay only had 17 of these units and they sold out quickly. Walmart had new stock last night (4/4) but now again OOS. No warranty and only 90 day return policy is not comforting. But with Trump's tariffs any new ones will be even more expensive.

Also, I also got the Walmart unit before knowing about the eBay one. So I just bought the $40/3yr assurion warranty off of Amazon.
