These are amazing. They're far less overly-salty than the traditional V8.
(BTW, if you get the low-sodium regular V8, you can add a bit of NuSalt or NoSalt.)

I agree with everyone that these are delicious. I've tried all their fruit-veggie juices and like this more than the Strawberry Banana and Pomegranate Blueberry. It's the least attractive color but it's also less tart and acidic.

This is an excellent buy. The 48oz bottle is currently $3.54. When on sale, they drop to about $2.70. This Slickdeal is only $2.40 (with 5% SS) for 48oz. Buying the equivalent amount of veggies and fruits to juice would probably cost $10+.

This is an especially great deal because the small versions of products are usually more expensive than the larger versions. That's partly due to packaging. You'd need more packaging material, labeling and energy to create these cans then making one large bottle to hold the same amount. And shipping cost is often higher because the equivalent smaller version take up more space and are usually heavier.

That said, people still buy smaller versions because of the convience. You can easily carry a can in your bag and you can give them to your children. And after opening, a bottle of juice should be consumed with 3-4 days. These single serving cans make it easier to ensure that the juice is fresh. Great buy!

Buying the equivalent amount of fruits and vegetables to make 48oz of juice can easily costs $10+. Especially since they are not always in season. Heck, this has HUITO* juice! Try finding that in your supermarket. Okay, it's just for color but still, it adds to the cost.

People often point out that home juicing is more nutritious since you get all that fiber. That absolutely true if you puree them in a blender instead of actual juicing. But technically, it's not more nutritious since fiber is not a nutrient, e.g. the cells don't need fiber to function. So while whole fruits are healthier, you are probably getting 90%+ of the nutrients in a juice. I've heard numbers as high a 95%. One study also found that commercial juices have more phytochemicals than home juices due to the way commercial juices are extracted. That's a pretty good deal for spending much less money, not to mention the time to it takes to buy, wash and cut the produce, and the subsequent cleanup. We're taking about 13 fruits and vegetables -- and HUITO* and watermelon for color!

* HUITO juice is initially clear, then turns brown/blue and eventually black upon exposure to air. It's "a natural source of blue color that turns black upon contact with air, traditionally used as a body paint and dye by indigenous peoples in South America."
