Williams Sonoma will price match Amazon if you want to buy local (I know it's not supporting a small business, but at least you may have an easier time with support).
I just picked mine up today.
This is one of the best purchases I ever made. We use it multiple times a day everyday.

If you have Amazon card you can get 5% back and that's enough reason to buy there for me.

We use ours multiple times a day too. I love how it heats to temperature in like 2 minutes. My regular oven takes about 15 minutes. I was amazed that I could fit a 12" lodge skillet inside the oven.

Nice deal! The 900 model has a bigger power supply at $319. My 5-year-old one still works. Bought a second 900 at Walmart and so far, it is perfect. If your oven light dims and the fan speed goes down, then your power supply is smaller than it should be but still works fine. Some reviews say service and quality has gone down.

1.0 out of 5 stars Product malfunction - ghosted by customer service
Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2025
Color: Brushed Stainless SteelSize: 17.5" x 21.5" x 12.7"Verified Purchase
The oven was great while it lasted. 13 months after purchase the oven shorted when I pressed the start button, it zapped me and the screen went crazy. It is not connected to a circuit that is overloaded. The screen would not correct after being unplugged, cooled down, and plugged back in. I submitted a case on breville's website a month ago with all of the info requested. A customer service email reached out to me over a week later and asked me to email them all of that same info. Once I did I got a bounce back saying the email is no longer actively monitored. I reached out again to no avail. Weeks later I submitted a complaint. Nothing. I have since logged on to review my case and they have closed it! I attempted the chat function on the website which says offline and when I called customer service it said "this line is inoperable because of technical difficulties." I really thought Breville would take an electrical malfunction seriously. Nonetheless I spent a lot of time going through the documentation, sending the requested email, and following up and they have completely ghosted me and wasted my time. I would not recommend taking the risk with this oven, in the event you have an issue there will be no support.

We've had a nearly identical older model of this for like.... 6 or 7 years now? Getting 1/4 sheetpans and not having to pre-heat a whole oven is something you can't give up. We use it probably 4x as much as our full size oven.

Do not use this oven as a greasy air fryer. Air fryers do better job and they're easier to clean as an air fryer. Use the breville for everything else. You can do endless amounts of freezer food in this thing with great success. You knew cookies and cakes. You can also do slow cooks for 4 to 8 hours. I've done oxtail, beef ribs, chuck roast, ribeye roasts. These are low and slow that worked perfect in this oven with low supervision. Frozen pizzas are also a no-brainer in the oven. I get a lot of frozen stuff from Costco when they go on sale and have upright shelved freezer. I cook up a lot of lightly breaded shrimp Trader Joe pizzas, Trader Joe's Bulgogi, smart and final eggrolls, lasagna from Costco.

Bonus: my girlfriend goes completely nuts for chef John's Greek chicken. Google it. Also Google reverse sear and learn how to make a awesome steak with this oven and a cast-iron pan.

I'm an open book. My older bov800bs never had one problem I still own it to this day though I don't use it as much. But when I bought one of the newer ovens it had a problem and so I immediately returned it got a different one and it's been fine for 4 years so far. When I bought a different product I need a customer service they completely blew me off. I'm under the impression they blow some people off and not others depending on I don't know what.

So beware Brevell isn't perfect in their customer services is shotty. They do have a handful of great products and this is one of them. Be on gaurd. it's worth the fight my opinion.

I've been cooking for almost 40 years now .

I've had the bigger one for 6-7 years and the only issue I have is that it bakes somewhat unevenly. I suggest rotating food. I will make a homemade lasagna for example and one side of the top browns much faster. Also, set the cook time to less than what the recipe or package calls for. If the recipe says to bake the biscuits for 12-14 minutes, check them at about 8-9, they might be done or close.

Otherwise, I've used mine for everything. Lately I've been slicing sweet potatoes and dehydrating them as dog snacks. It takes about 6 hours but this thing works great.

That depends greatly by what refrigerator and freezer temperatures are set to. Most people said the refrigerator and freezer too cold they will have to add time to the what it says in the recipe. If you have to subtract time then your refrigerator or freezer might be set too warm. That's not a given though because we don't know what oven they used to write the recipe. Blah blah blah. Nailed it.

Also the two I've had don't bake unevenly at all. Hmm. Maybe look at your elements and see if they glow the same all the way across I don't know just a thought.

I bought this exact model 12/2024.

Pros.
Love it overall.
Has a super convection setting which works great. Not a gimmick.
Reheated pizza comes out great.
It includes an excellent 13 Inch round pizza pan.

Cons.
There is a known problem. Door squeaks badly. My wife read a temporary fix is to use a q tip to apply olive oil to the hinges. It works. My wife called Breville. They are aware of the problem and sent an email with return instructions. We decided to keep it and use a q tip.

I would buy it again.
We bought it in dark blue and have the matching kettle as well. The kettle is very heavy. They look great next to each other.

I thought I had an outdated oven renting a place. Only takes 6 minutes to get to 400 degrees.

I had this oven from many years ago. Then the LCD screen gave way, functions that don't work on the screen, etc.

I will never buy anything with LCD screen, push button and knobs are better.
