Pretty good price but only 100 psi (some road bike tires need 120 psi), no gauge, and doesn't arrive until May 5.

Oof, no gauge. I have an old version of this that has lasted a long time (did have to replace the head after a decade) but it has a gauge …

Got mine delivered yesterday.

It works, but it looks and feels like it costs $5.

Lightweight duty only.

Can this be used to fill up the car tires if tires are just a bit low pressure?
I have a spare car in the garage that's not been used regularly and all I want to is fill up when they go bit low pressure.

The only people who want or need more than 100psi are riding on the velodrome.
Don't go by the max psi that your tire can take, use a calculator and you'll find your ideal pressure is much much less:
