My 75 frame died a week after the one year warranty and they don't do a thing. Credit card did however.

It worked out in the end as that tv was disappointing but Samsung earned their bad rep

I don't know what you mean, it looks to be a great TV.

I have a 65 and a 77 OLED. Even though the 65 is newer and "better", the size alone makes me prefer it over the new smaller S90D I have.

Yeah I know and I agree however the price is so good. I don't think I ever saw an entry level 83" OLED TV at this price. Not even discontinued LGs A series with 60hz RR. Correct me if I am wrong.

It is not bad per se, it is just not as good as even an LG B4.

Then you gotta deal with Tizen and Samsung quality control issues and their absolute horrendous customer service if it comes to that. Oh and Samsung still refuses to support Dolby Vision which is anti consumer, at least let us pay for it via separate license.

But the price is right, can't argue with that.

I have this TV in this size. It's not a great OLED, but it is still an OLED, so for me better than an any LED if you don't need the brightness. No major complaints, but other than size it is equal to or slightly worse than my 65 LG CX.

Seems like some anti Samsung bias here which in my personal experience is unwarranted. I haven't had any problems with their customer service. They even replaced an out of warranty washing machine for me which they were totally not obligated to do.

As far as Tizen I agree that it's not my favorite TV front end but it's not like it's completely terrible. Plus having xbox cloud built in is a tremendous advantage over LG imo
