Did you go all the way to the final step? Woot's checkout is weird in that it looks like you're placing your order earlier in the process than you actually are.

You should see the discount applied after you log in with your Amazon account and get to the final "Place Order" screen.

Never ordered from woot before, but after logging into my account and going all the way to the end of checkout, I paid 5.99 +tax for 3 instead of the 4.77.

I just placed the order, and I didn't see the $1.20 discount until the final step of placing the order. I logged into Woot and I see the shipping charge, once I logged in with Amazon account the shipping charge went away and click on Amazon pay then I see the $1.20 discount.
