Morning.....

Tomorrow is the big day. Need to start studying the Deals theard. Kinda scared about the facts of life at Target, but I want and need to shop there too.

Wags is HOT this week. Hopefully Target is reasdy for me.

I found out that I get to work a week. Then plant shutdown for the week of the fourth. Bye bye one week of vacation. Then again the week of August 9. Another week of shutdown...That one is kinda neccesary. Need our employee parking and whatnot. PGA championship in the area. Another week of vacation bites the dust....not too bad.

So excited...so far all the temps that are already there too I love. Nice nice.

I've never shopped there but have a few friends that do occasionally - I was in the QC. All was well on Sat. as well - hit both stores on the way out of town. Used up all my q's and now I feel naked as a jaybird Sadwalk

went to T. Pretty good run. Found a Keurig Mini originally 89.00 marked down to 63.99. It was the display model. Since they have been discontinued I asked the LOD if they would mark it down further (didn't have box, booklet) and they took 75% off the 63.99 woot

All of these 'changes' people in the deal thread are speaking of are starting to scare meSadwalk It will be interesting.

I am Wagged outWhee One of my stores is having their grand opening this week so they have a $3 off $10 purchase coupon. The Pepsi 12-pks are on sale 4/$13 and they have these "Walgreens grand opening" mq peelies on them for $1/2. Sooooo, take $3 off of $13 for the store opening q and another $2 off for the peelies and that makes them $8, get a $5 register reward back. Pay with all of the overstock RR's of course and I have something cheap for DD to 'sell' at my gs in a couple weeksBig Grin

Needless to say I am Faint from all the shopping this week and last!

Not much at T. for me this week though, at least right now!

I feel ya, I have been shopping all day, 3 WAGS, 1 CVS, 1 Target and now off to Publix.
That is a great deal on the Pepsi. I wish we had a new store opening around here, I love those 3/10 coupons!

I wanted to test the waters at my ST and everything went as planned so no update here yet.

I did okay at the local flea market for my GS yesterday. It was hot but I made decent money.

I haven't been in walgreens in forever.

Anyone know of a good (cheap-price) laptop at any store B&M? My daughter ripped half the keys off of mine and now the N isn't working well.

Usually laptop keyboards are easy to replace. Check the auction website for cheap replacements. Or buy a USB keyboard.

1 store's POS has experienced the change.

BOGOs behaved fine.
b2g1 took off highest amt for 1st coupon, 2nd highest for 2nd coupon, and INF after that.
(Only tried hungry jack and starkist)
Did not try any B3G1

Doesn't look like the new system is going to make checkout time much longer and I really didn't even notice any kinks in it, at all.Sadwalk I did not have any items over $5 from the list, so I am not sure if the mgr. override is still in place. look around
