So I was checking out yesterday and hear a man behind me in line say "Coupons, eh?" I looked back at him and he shoes me his shirt pocket which is filled with a large stack of Qs. My heart nearly stopped (b/c I thought that was his stack for his run) and then I looked down at what he had in his order. Two boxes of crackers, that was it *phew*. So he starts asking where I get my Qs, etc. And then at the end, asks how much I saved EEK! Time to go...

Wow, went away to Maui for 3 weeks, just got back a few days ago, and come on to SD for the first time and was Holy Moly, what the heck happened..EEK!

Came down to Wa. and had to see for myself...

Unclesam is keeping us busy today... doing laundry, scrubbing bathrooms Wink.

will make sandwiches and stuff to take to the park later to listen to the dj and watch the fireworks in the next town over.

tomorrow will be a repeat but a symphonic orchestra is playing b4 that township's fireworks.

hope everyone can relax, eat good food and enjoy their time off!

We had the best lunch today yummy

Memphis Beale Street Burgers [foodnetwork.com] (yummy recipe), bbq ribs, potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw and for dessert strawberry shortcake and a Buttermilk Pie with blackberry sauce. Everyone is taking a nap now laugh out loud before going to see the fireworks this evening.
