I just found a whole bunch more of the 1.25/3 ANY Kelloggs MFQs, so I am in business now. bounce Had hubby print out the TQs at work, since my printer is out of ink.

Wonder if this will get fixed? I'm guessing not, but there's so much detail on it, including the overage achieved, in the deals thread, that it almost seems inevitable.

Our Honda odyssey dieded on me this morning..i backed up and it just stopped and like 100 lights inside the car lit up...DH is at a mechanic and he won't pick up my calls Annoyed

M2C - nice article...I dont see any renovations going on at my T's though..Sept is not far...

Something similar happened to my Odyssey a while back. It just needed a new battery.

Me too on the deals thread....I think this is what got me confused in the first place. I am going to try doing 6 boxes of each....only because then I can use 2 of the $1.50/3 TQ's. I did have problems at T. the other day with the Schick Hydro q's....cashier knew about the deal and manually entered the Target q's for the exact amt. rather than scanning. So here's to hoping this goes betterSmilie

Not a poop posting, but a bathroom posting.

Was at WM and had to use their bathroom. It was disgusting, but I didn't think I could wait until I got to another store. Anyhow, I walk in and there is a infant in a carrier at the foot of one of the stalls. The mom was inside the stall, but the infant is on the outside of the stall.

I'm not a mom, but I thought WTF! Someone could have easily grabbed that baby and run out of the store before the mom could unlock the stall door.

I have never seen this before.


Another WTF moment at CVS right after my WM visit. I see one of the employees rearranging the clearance end cap. I ask her if any items are 90%. She says something, but I can't understand her since it was just a mumble. I excused myself and repeated my question. She then answered clearly that nothing was at 90%. I then saw why she was mumbling----she was rearranging the end cap with one hand, but holding a PB & J sandwich in the other hand.

I've seen some checkout clerks take sips of water in between helping guests, but I have never seen someone eating while on the job.

Ohhh... that sucks. I hate car problem. That and computer problems. 2 things I have no idea how to fix. Probably not going to do K doubles. I'm too tired this week and I feel like I'm coming down with something. Have to rest up because my BFF and her kids are here all next week and I'm so excited!

I too am out of ink so I planned a T run and grabbed my FORTY THREE DOLLAR box of ink and come home to hook up the new fancy printer ith the new supply and as I break into the box realize some fark has put his old empty cartages back into this box and glue it back together!!!!!

Oh that would NOT be cool... Bummer!!!

Speaking of expensive ink - we just got a new printer about a month ago, and I find I am going through the ink cartridges about every two weeks. These cartridges cost $30 for the double pack at T, so that's $60/month for ink. vomit Must find a cheaper option. I've looked on ebay, and I would save maybe $5/cartridge buying refurb, which almost seems not worth it. Any ideas?

Wow... serious Slap to the person with the baby!!!! I would've been tempted to pick up the baby and walk a few feet away and watch as they came rushing out and then been like "what do you think would've happened if it was some a@^hole with your baby you dumb idiot!!"

And EEK! on the eating while stocking. I could not imagine even wanting to do that - I mean, goodness knows what kind of germs you'll pick up - and that's before the whole "it's not allowed" point! Sheesh!!

Are your cartridges refillable? Like at Walgreens? A lot of my friends have good luck there.

It must be the day for printer / ink issues. My stupid Laser printer's LED display is out, and now it is blinking red, and wont print, but..... hard to see the error, since the freaking display is unreadable. Annoyed

What brand of printer is it? From personal experience, I've found Canon and Brother have lower cost per printed page. We bought a HP a few years ago and wow did it use a lot of pricey ink!! I sold it on Craigslist, bought another Canon.

I lived in Scotland between 1987-1991 and use to see people leaving strollers with babies/toddlers on the street outside small small shops while they ran in for a quick purchase. This was in a port-town of over 250K not just some small village. I was in college at the time so didn't pay too much attention but seem to remember there were a few kids taken down London direction or maybe Edinburgh or Glasgow. Shortly after the local authorities made a big push for people to quit leaving their children/strollers unattended.

Thing I remember most about the whole thing is that both shop owners and parents were NOT happy at the idea of having to keep kids with them at all times. Most of the shops didn't have enough room for parents to bring in strollers making shop owners and other patrons unhappy at parents that tried and parents unhappy at having to leave empty strollers outside and carry their kids around store.

Have you considered switching to a toner printer. After spending $30-60/mo on ink depending on deals I finally invested in a toner printer this spring. I got mine at Office Max for around $55 with some Max Perk Rewards I had but you can get them on the Bay for even less.

The toner for mine is around $30 on ebay and lasts for 1,000-2,000 prints. It paid for itself within 2 months.

The same thing happened to a friend and I after a T run. It was the battery. We checked out as T was closing and then had to wait for her roadside assistance to come and jump start us. We didn't get home until after 1am!

I am considering doing this when the printer we have now dies. It costs $45 for the black cartridge or $65 for the tri color and black. Embarrassment
