I think part of the reason that I *rarely* return something is that my mother was a constant returner. She's definitely addicted to shopping, and she used to then do a zillion returns (often using us kids to run in and get it done), but I think she's now graduated to hoarder status.
I think it's funny that they say Target has a lenient return policy and then show the sign that says you have to have a receipt and it be within 90 days. I don't think that's really lenient. Lenient would be accepting any return, any time, with out a receipt. Most places limit returns without receipts, and most also take ID, etc...
Seriously, though... it is annoying. It makes you wonder if every person thinks you are some scammer.
I do hate to hear/see when a couponer returns things. There *are* legit returns on coupon items, I'm sure, and there have been 2 times in my early days that I returned a couple of things because I overdid it and spent too much - and even within this past year I spent too much by going a little overboard (but didn't return because I just couldn't bring myself to do it). I figure that it's part of being responsible with your couponing and spending and learning some hard lessons. But the folks that abuse it are utterly disgusting and frustrating.

I've been *trying* to shop, and honestly - I haven't done a whole lot!! I get out about 1-2 times per week. I'm hoping to maybe hit up Kmart tonight since I"ll be next door - gotta do some research on what's good there, and of course Target. I've definitely slowed down though!
Decided to go on a field trip to T today, since its so stinkin' hot and I needed TP.

My husband just refilled our toner cartridges with a kit from tonerrefillkits.com
It took him a little while to refill, but the kit included EVERYTHING you needed for it, the heated thing to make the hole in the cartridges, and even ziploc baggies to dispose of all the powder and garbage! We were pretty impressed.
And I'm sure he compared prices because he's frugal like that too

I am in a shopping funk. I have absolutely no desire to use a coupon or get in on a deal. I can't even bring myself to go do the Kellogg's deal. Isn't that bad?

I was thinking about what DS7 said ----- is shopping at Kmart worth driving about 90 - 110 minutes each way (so over 3 hours round trip?) Are the deals good enough that y'all would do that?
