This is a really good price. Pretty much the same price as their 256gb. This won't last. I picked up 5 for my retro gaming consoles.
You will wind up like me. Broke, with a house full of stuff.
seems like re-brand of this: https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-mi...B09X7DQJQL

walmart price is fantastic.

Are these good for dash cams or security cameras .
Quote from TodayOnly :
definitely for security cameras, but when it comes to security cameras you should have more then just one way of recording said cameras, like nvr, nas, cloud, etc. after all if someone takes the camera with the card in it.

NO. Not definitely for security cameras.

For security cameras, dash cams, and any use case where the card is going to be continuously written to (or written to A LOT): do yourself a favor and buy an endurance type of microSD card.

Examples:
-Samsung Pro Endurance
-SanDisk High Endurance
-SanDisk Max Endurance
-Kingston High Endurance

These cards are designed for thousands, and in some cases 10's of thousands of hours of recording. Some (all?) will have some sort of wear leveling, to ensure the cards are evenly worn throughout their write life.

SanDisk marketing speak:
"Designed to record for up to 40,000 hours1, the SanDisk® High Endurance microSD™ UHS-I card gives you the peace of mind that your dash cam and homemonitoring security systems will capture crucial footage when it happens, recording and re-recording worry-free."

Samsung marketing speak:
"Varies by capacity: 256GB model up to 140,160 hours, 128GB model up to 70,080 hours, 64GB model up to 35,040 hours, 32GB model up to 17,520 hours. Based on Full HD(1920x1080) video content recorded at 26Mbps (3.25MB/s). Actual continuous recording time may vary depending on battery capacity of camera."

Say you have a brutal commute, 3 hours/day. And then drive 3 hours/day on weekends. 21 hours/week, 1,092 hours/year. Buy a 128GB SanDisk "High Endurance" card, and you have ~9 years of recording, in theory. Divide that by TWO, ~4.5 years. At that point, you can just buy a new card and start again.

Why take a chance? Dash cam footage can mean the difference between being held liable (even if only partially) in a car crash. OR, you can provide the insurance companies with footage that absolves you 100%. It happened to me. I was rear-ended so hard that I hit the car in front of me. Who could I prove that I DIDN'T hit the car in front first? EASY: I emailed them the video --> DONE. 100% proof that I came to a stop with room, and then the stupid *sshole behind me f*cked two other people over that morning.

Personally I've been using Samsung Endurance cards for years. Same for other family members. Zero issues in Garmin dash cams.

Will this ImageMate card work? Sure, it'll work, until it doesn't. Same as a squash racquet will work for playing tennis, right? That is until it doesn't, because the ball punched a hole through the strings because it wasn't designed for that.

actually high endurance is what u want for security camera or dashcam, which this model doesn't appear to be
Was gonna say the same thing. Unless it says it's for dash cams, don't use it for dash cams. I learned the hard way when my car was vandalized and the card had died on me.

FYI: Cancellations are getting sent out now. I placed an order last night. It automatically changed at checkout from shipping to pick-up. Because I don't think pick-up orders update stock nor are fulfilled in order, i placed a second order at another store. Today, I got one pickup and one cancellation.

I picked up from the store. The store Northborough, MA rang up full price of $52 something but the manager price matched to walmart.com price
Same here, before I read your post I gave it a shot. Price match just fine. I picked up a couple and got a couple for store pickup too in case I decide I need more.

I went in-store to make sire I get this deal.
Associate had to bring me to front and a manager had to ring me up in order to price match their website, as in-store prices are still $55ish.
I grabbed 3 of these, great deal.
