Be careful with battery banks with build in solar panels. Batteries hate to get hot, and this will get very hot and stay hot while charging. This means it will degrade very fast, and potentially bloat and fail. Also, the solar panel likely puts out less than 4W in direct sunlight, meaning it will charge very slowly. In my opinion, these are nothing but e-waste. Better to get a quality battery bank and a quality solar panel, put the panel in the sun and the battery in the shade, and charge the bank with the solar panel.

Also this doesn't look nearly large enough to actually be 25,000 mah.

Solar panel powerbanks is one of those things that seem like it should be a good idea, but its not.

The solar panels won't provide enough power to be useful, and require baking the battery in the sun. For most situations, the extra size and weight of the panels isn't worth it. If you do want solar recharging, get a separate solar panel.

Agreed with everyone. The use case for these is pretty limited. If you have no power, you likely are somewhere without cell phone service.... And for a short time.

If you are indeed somewhere where this would be useful, you probably need more total power than just a small battery.

But the people in the pictures look so happy! Surely this is a good product to leave them so enthusiastic about charging their devices!

Bought a similar one. They will never fully charge under the sun.
