True - but I'd rather have the print magazine much easier for me to read.

Note - Effective with the May/June 2025 issue, Consumer Reports Magazine is moving to a bi-monthly publication.

Your library probably has digital version for free.

Up until a few months ago, I had been using Discount Mags for years. Most recently, I purchased a hard copy subscription from Discount Mags. Instead of receiving hard copy, I received nothing. I contacted DM, and here is their response: " As a valued subscriber, we're excited to announce that we're upgrading your subscription to a digital one". Upgrade? WTH? Digital access was 25% of the hard copy subscription cost. Goodbye Discount Mags.

I did contact the actual magazine and explained my lack of hard copy due to DM. They said not uncommon with DM, and reinitiated my full hard copy subscription + digital.

I suggest the digital version. Helped me verify and find a great price on a recent new car. Informed me that I might want to reconsider new phone deal at Total Wireless. Allowed me to go all-in with confidence on recent lock deals. All on my iPad with one finger typing. Not toooo shabby!

Does this include a Consumers Union membership, or is it just the magazine?

It's just the print magazine; no online access.

I love CR! Just a reminder that if you are an Apple News+ subscriber you already have access to the print edition (on your devices, that is).

I think the following is still active for $12 for a year for the print version. Auto-subscribe too, but can cancel online.

Good priceI assume it does not include online access though- so you miss out on back issues and extra content.given print and online access is $35/yr https://subs.consumerreportsmagaz...1570711173
Print subscription does not give you the online access but it does give you online access to the archive of past issues. It's a bit more of a pain but you can figure out when something was last reviewed then go find the issue in the archives and scroll through it find.

Good. The My Pillow guy is a freaking clown with a bad product.
Says who? It's a shredded foam made in USA pillow for $20. No different from any other run of the mill shredded foam pillow you can buy for about $20 or so. But sure, I'll take your word on it being a 'shit product' because the self proclaimed 'independent consumer advocacy organization' refuses to test it along side other products.

A quick Google search shows that they did, indeed, test it alongside other products. I'm assuming you're making it political (based on your use of quotes and taking offense to that particular pillow of all pillows not being considered for review) because you claimed they weren't independent based on your lack of searching if they did review it. So...maybe they really are independent, as they've been for decades. https://www.startribune.com/consu.../566814652

Note that the DiscountMags information is outdated, and you are getting 1 year (or 2 years) but NOT 13 (or 26) issues. With the latest issue, CR has switched to publishing only every other month, so you'll get either 6 or 12 issues.
