Well. I looked over the terms of the rebate when I was submitting the rebate, it doesn't mention any states quite shady of them if the above link to the rebate does .

I'll be returning my soda for a refund out of principle, even though it'll be a waste of gas and time .

My rebate request hasn't been rejected just yet. They asked me to provide a clearer receipt which included the name and address of the grocery store that I purchased it from. They didn't answer my question of whether the rebate is valid in PA .

I haven't been rejected yet either. I submitted my receipt on April 9th and only received a submission ID and it says once your purchase is verified we'll let you know. This is taking way longer than it should so I'm not holding my breath....

Terms and conditions do not mention any state. It only says that it is only valid in the US. The states restriction was from a previous offer which does not apply to this one I believe.

Anybody get clarification on this? If terms & conditions don't mention valid states, then this should be approved. Is there a website we can check our confirmation number(s)?

They just paid my rebate via Venmo and it was from Inmar Brand Solutions, Inc. My state is PA so ignore the list of states someone else posted.
