I upvoted you but the 14 grams of sugar per bar is still pretty high; good enough if you're out exercising though.

The chocolate is pretty intense in these and can get a bit messy. Usually have to avoid touching the bar itself or chocolate will get on your hands. Flavor is good, but I prefer the non-chocolate peanut butter version. Occasionally the price for that one is similar w/ S&S.
