I purchased a 4-quart Dutch oven from them few years ago. Shipping was fast, It unfortunately came damaged in the mail.

Their customer service was excellent though. It was really easy getting a hold of him, and they shipped me a replacement one within the next week.

Nice price on a 7 quart.

Not sure folks realize how good of a deal this is... I just ordered the Cherry 7 quarty and it was 189.99, no tax, free shipping. These routinely go for $300... they're a solid piece of kit made in France. Can't recommend enough.

I tried to apply the freeship code couple days ago and it didn't work. Any idea why?
