The perks would be the ridges and channel for meat juice (resting), plus they wouldn't conduct heat? Probably easier to wash then a baking sheet and rack. I'm giving them a whirl.

If you're a pro griller you're going from a plate to a baking sheet with a drip tray. This is kind of wasteful

I like the idea. But the material used I don't like…

‼️ ⚠️ Melamine

Can leech into drinks/foods it is in contact with. Typically when heated for longer periods of time. Also more prevalent with acidic foods.

Anyways, I don't care to eat Melamine or be poisoned by it. ☠️
